We are an artisan roasting company from a small town called Ascoli Piceno, in the heart of Marche region in Italy. Our passion for coffee was born in our family café, where we have been able to experiment and master our art, becoming a point of reference in our region as an independent artisan producer. The care we take for the production process connects us to other artisans and to our customers, helping us develop a local culture for artisanal coffee.
Coffee is a product that comes from the earth and is thus suspectible to its changes, for this reason the characteristics and flavor of our individual blends are constantly monitored through sample tastings in order to ensure a costant flavor and, at the same time, in order to grasp possible improvements. What most interests us is to preserve the aromas of our different coffees, because each of them has its own peculiarity and we want to make them known through our precious range of choices.
We roast every single origin, because we know well that each species has an ideal roasting profile and we want to enhance every single peculiarity of our raw meats. Our research process and continuous improvement of the profiles guarantees repeatability in order to obtain constancy in the finished product

Our coffee mainly comes from small plantations located in high quality areas, from which we import green coffee. This allows us to establish mutual trust based relationships with the cultivators so as to guarantee a constant feedback on the green coffee provided.
Sustainable
Everything we acquire from the plantations is hand-picked and carefully processed, with particular attention being paid to the healthiness of the plants and the soil. Precisely for this reason we
ensure the right compensation for local workers by ignoring market prices.
More flavour
Our goal as craftsmen is to create new taste experiences for all types of customers. We work our blends in order to obtain specific flavors, as proof of the care we take when treating the green coffee in all the stages of the production process.
Less caffeine
Our light roasts and the high percentage of Arabica present in all our blends give the finished product a low percentage of caffeine, making it easily digestible.
