Tasting

In the Cup we find an absolutely important creaminess, a very tight weave that is beautiful to see in a gold / bronze color with streaks. From an initial olfactory examination, an odor composed of cherry and spices is perceived, when tasted red fruits and caramel emerge with a mandarin aftertaste.
High acidity, definitely citric.

For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted at a temperature of 92.5°, the extraction was carried out in 28 seconds for a quantity of 25ml.
