BLEND 80% ARABICA - 20% ROBUSTA

We can define it as the classic blend for high level espresso. The moderate amount of Robusta gives a greater structure, a greater weight to the body and a greater weight to the mellowness. The single varieties of coffee are roasted individually to respect the peculiarities of each of them.

Tasting

The cream is homogeneous, the scent is decidedly evident with hints of cocoa, dried and dehydrated fruit. In the mouth we find a medium-low acidity with an aftertaste of cocoa, chocolate, almond and hazelnut.

For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted at a temperature of 91° (this prevents the bitterness from becoming too heavy), the extraction was done in 24 seconds for a quantity of 25ml.
